Recommended Settings
Below are the recommended wattages for each of the pods:

• 0.4 Ohm AEQ Pro Pod: 25 – 30W
• 0.6 Ohm AEQ Pro Pod: 15 – 20W
• 0.8 Ohm AEQ Pro Pod: 10 – 15W
• 1.0 Ohm AEQ Pro Pod: 8 – 12W

Liquid Recommendations
For best results, we recommend using 50PG/50VG e-liquids, such as our S-Elf Fruits range.

For those of you who are coming switching from disposables, we recommend using 20mg strength nic salts. This is the exact strength and type of e-liquid used in disposables, meaning you’re getting a very similar vaping sensation.

As for those of you who have smoked, we recommend using freebase e-liquids. If you smoke more than 15 cigarettes per day, we recommend using 18mg. Between 1 and 15 cigarettes a day, we recommend using 12mg.
