Bank Holiday - Monday 6th May 2024
Due to the bank holiday on Monday 6th May 2024, there will be no deliveries or courier collections from our warehouse.

Orders placed before 4pm on Friday 3rd May will be processed and collected by the delivery agent as normal. These orders will be delivered one day later than usual.

Orders placed after 4pm Friday 3rd May will be collected by the delivery agent on Tuesday 7th.

What delivery options can I choose from?
We have five delivery options available at VPZ and provide FREE standard delivery on all orders over £19.99. 

Standard Delivery: £2.99 (Mon - Fri)
Royal Mail Tracked Delivery. Delivery usually within 3-5 working days.

Premium Delivery: £3.99 (Mon - Fri)
Royal Mail 24 Tracked Delivery. Delivery usually the next working day.

DPD Next Working Day: £4.99 (Mon - Fri)
DPD Next Day Tracked Courier. Delivery usually the next working day.

Saturday Delivery:  £7.99
DPD Next Day Tracked Courier. For orders placed before 4pm on a Friday.

How is shipping calculated for deliveries outside the UK?

Please note that we do not process orders for shipment outside the UK.

How soon will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 4pm Monday – Friday will be dispatched the same day via the delivery service you have chosen.

If you select DPD Courier Saturday before 4pm on a Friday, it will be dispatched the same day and delivered the next day.

Is your packaging discreet?
We use plain packaging with no logos on the envelope or box.

What happens if my order is damaged during delivery?
If your order has been damaged during shipping a claim can be made to the delivery company. We will need you to provide us with photos of the damaged goods, alongside your order number.

What should I do if I don't receive my order?
If your order has not been delivered and your tracking number says that it has, please contact us with the details of your order. Include your VPZ order number and we will open an investigation with delivery company.

Where is my order?
Once you have received your Royal Mail tracking number, you can track your order via the following link, Royal Mail Track and Trace

My Tracking number isn’t working!
If your tracking number isn’t working, it could be that the tracking is not yet live. Your tracking will become live once the delivery company has received your parcel, if you have placed your order before 3pm Monday – Friday, your tracking will become live that evening.



Once my order has been dispatched can I change my delivery method?
Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to change your delivery method. When you receive your tracking number, you will be able to supply additional delivery instructions to the delivery company via their app.

Will you let me know that you’ve received my order?
You will receive an order confirmation from VPZ shortly after your payment has been processed. If you haven’t received this, please check your spam folder before getting in touch with our support team. 

Will you let me know that my order is on the way?
Yes. When we update your order to dispatched, you will receive an email to notify you. It will contain a link to a page on our website that will allow you to see your tracking number and track your parcel when it is on its way to you.

Will I receive tracking for my order?
Yes! We’ll send you a tracking number as soon as your order is picked, packed and dispatched. If you order before 3pm Monday - Friday, you should receive your tracking number that evening. If you order after 3pm Monday - Friday, and have selected delivery via Royal Mail, you will receive your tracking number the evening of the next business day.
